Yes, I am willing to do custom creations in the forms of, Digital art, 3D objects, and Chainmaile.
Here are my conditions for doing any commissioned work. Please read the entire T.O.S. before submitting a request.
- Under no circumstances will I produce Porn, this includes but is not limited to Child, Adult, Scat, Water sports, Dipper, or Cub, etc.
- I do retain the right to Refuse and/or Cancel the commission for any reason I see fit. This might include but is not limited to my abilities as an artist.
- Commissioners also retain the right to Cancel the Commission at any point for any reason they see fit, spoken or unspoken.
- I retain my rights to Artistic interpretation with-in reason of the commissioners request. This might include but is not limited to P.O.V., ambiance, lighting, etc.
- All prices will be kept confidential and discussed at the time of inquiry. Price fluctuation can be attributed to things such as; amount of work to be done, number of objects and/or characters to be used, material availability, etc.
- Payment will only be accepted after work is completed with the exception of Traditional and Chainmaile, this could be due to the immediate lack of appropriate materials and will be discussed privately.
- Commissions will be done in the order they are received, and as quickly as I am able to do so. I do have other Obligations and simply can not spend every waking moment on a commission. Continuous badgering as to the progress of a commission can result in the rejection of said work, refer to #2.
- Commissioners will be updated regularly with progress. Should a commissioner be unreachable at the time of update, an E-mail will be sent and further work will cease until the commissioner responds. Should a commissioner fail to respond after a week of the first e-mail a subsequent e-mail will be sent each week for one month. At this point the commission will be considered abandoned and no further work will be done, Should the commissioner inquire after the point of abandonment the process will begin again as a new commission.
- Because you have obtained a prior commission and Donated an amount of funds does not entitle you to free work and pestering me to do so will ensure that I do not accept a commission from you again, nor will your donation be refunded.
- All rules and regulations herein are subject to change at any time, for any reason with out notification. All commissions and commissioners will be subject to these Terms of Service and are held responsible for reading and understanding them.
